Membership changes
If your circumstances alter after joining us, you can change your membership or freeze it as you need.
Freezes
If you're not going to use your membership, you can freeze it. Instead of paying your normal membership fee, you'll pay £5.00 per month you freeze. You can freeze in multiples of 1 month, for a maximum of 3 months in one go.
Changing your membership
You can change your membership type or payment method. We are unable to downgrade your membership during your minimum contracted term, however you can upgrade at any time.
Updating your bank details
Direct debit members can update their bank details by logging into the Debit Finance - My Payments portal. You'll need your DFC/Direct Debit reference number, this will be a 12 digit number and will begin with either ‘2001’ or ‘7102’, and postcode to log in.
Missed payments
Direct debit members can make payments for missed membership payments and more by logging into the Debit Finance - My Payments portal. You'll need your DFC/Direct Debit reference number, this will be a 12 digit number and will begin with either ‘2001’ or ‘7102’, and postcode to log in.
Cancelling your membership
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your membership. We advise talking to a member of our team first either in person, over the phone via 01706 716680 or emailing memberships@ohlc.co.uk before you cancel, we may be able to help with any issues you may have. If you are sure you would like to cancel, there a few things you will need to know first.
Not receiving emails from us?
This may be because your preferences are set to not receive emails. Under GDPR, we must have consent from customers to send updates and newsletters. You can update your preferences by email to memberships@ohlc.co.uk to request an update.
