If your circumstances alter after joining us, you can change your membership or freeze it as you need.

If you would like to put your membership on hold, you can freeze your account for up to 3 months at a time.
You can freeze by clicking the button below. You’ll need your direct debit reference number and your post code to log in. Your direct debit reference number can be found on your original joining email, or on your bank statement against your direct debit payment. This will be a 12 digit number and will begin with either ‘2001’ or ‘7102’. Once logged in, click the link to ‘freeze’ account and follow the instructions.
If you have paid up front for 12 or 6 months, please complete the request form linked below and a member of our team will freeze your membership.
You can change your membership type or payment method. We are unable to downgrade your membership during your minimum contracted term, however you can upgrade at any time.
Direct debit customers can update their bank details, make payments for missed membership payments and more by logging into the Debit Finance - My Payments portal. You'll need your DFC/Direct Debit reference number and postcode to log in.
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your membership. We advise talking to a member of our team first either in person, over the phone via 01706 716680 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before you cancel, we may be able to help with any issues you may have.
