If your circumstances alter after joining us, you can change your membership or freeze it as you need.
For any membership changes surrounding covid-secure guidelines or restrictions, please ensure you read our Covid FAQ here before completing any request forms.
If you are unable to use the facilities for a period of time, you can always freeze your membership. When you freeze, you pay £5 per month instead of your normal membership fee.
We can freeze memberships in multiples of 1 month, but you can't freeze for more than 3 months in one go. If your circumstances warrant freezing for longer than 3 months, this must be approved by management.
If you are shielding due to Covid-19, we can freeze your membership free of charge. You may be asked to provide proof. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
You can change your membership type or payment method. We are unable to downgrade your membership during your minimum contracted term, however you can upgrade at any time.
Direct debit customers can update their bank details, make payments for missed membership payments and more by logging into the Debit Finance - My Payments portal. You'll need your DFC/Direct Debit reference number and postcode to log in.
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your membership. We advise talking to a member of our team first either in person, over the phone via 01706 716680 or emailing email@example.com before you cancel, we may be able to help with any issues you may have.
