What do you like about OHLC? It's a spacious gym, everyone is always smiling and welcoming. The staff are accommodating and always happy to help as well as giving you advice to be the best version of yourself. The equipment is kept clean.
What's your biggest achievement? My confidence has gone up since focusing on a training plan and diet advice from the instructors.
