Continuous improvement is vital to focus our efforts and ensure we
remain fresh in our ideas and provide a service that is current and
responsive to the needs of the local community. We also
develop our centre and our people as we strive to do better in our day
to day operations and improve our service and facility.
We are, together with our partners, committed to continuously improve
service standards and provide a high quality leisure experience for all
users of the facilities.
Using information captured through customer feedback, surveys, audits
and reports we will develop an improvement plan. This improvement
plan will include physical improvements to the centre alongside
procedural and administrative improvements. We will utilise
measurement data to assess the impact these improvements have had on
our service delivery.
