I have been interested in fitness for over 8 years. I have trained and completed events in a wide variety of fields, including 5km, 10km, half marathon runs, obstacle course races, triathlons, and men's physique competitions. Most recently my training has been tailored towards Crossfit and Olympic lifting as it suits my second job as a Fire Fighter. I gained my gym instructor, personal training and other qualifications whilst working at OHLC, as well as starting a fitness class in 2015 which is still going strong. It is 7-8pm every Thursday and all ability levels are welcome!
