I became a fully accredited fitness instructor in 2010; however I have been attending gyms for over 10 years. I feel that safety, enjoyment and inclusion go hand in hand when taking part in exercise, so I always offer multi-ability choices for participants. I teach with a focus on safe alignment, making postures and movement accessible to all abilities to help maximise achievement potential in their personal goals.

My personal achievements include competing in a UKBFF men's physique competition in 2015, which involved 12 weeks of preparation. Competition preparation is gruelling, so I was eating 6-8 meals a day with specific nutritional requirements, and training for up to 3 times a day. I had to hold myself accountable during this time, which meant tracking my condition, diet and training on a weekly basis to make sure I could achieve the best physique possible for me.

In addition to this, I have been a qualified swimming instructor for almost half a decade. My experience ranges from teaching 3 year olds to adults at all abilities. I decided to take my skills and knowledge across the world to the Middle East in Dubai, to gain even more experience. Whilst there, I taught in a school and coached swimming teams across Dubai, meeting children and adults from all backgrounds and countries.
